Markdown Headers

Inside any Markdown document, hit ⌘-P (ctrl-P on Windows) and type "@" to get a list of headings.1 Start typing a word in a heading to have the list narrowed. Click a heading to jump to it.

Jump to Word

type "#" after ⌘-P to get a list of all words in the document. Start typing a word to narrow the list. Select the word to immediately jump to the first occurrence of that word and have it selected.

Multi-Edit

Want to edit all occurrences of a word at once? Select the word and hit ctrl-⌘-G. Now start typing. All occurrences of the word will be selected and edited simultaneously. Forget Find-and-Replace, this is better.
